Whiteboard Everywhere across six surfaces

A product family — 38 concepts

Whiteboard
Everywhere

One connected canvas. It starts in your hand and ends on a wall, a ceiling, a storefront, or the side of a building — and it is the same board the whole way.

Every room already has a wall that runs the operation. A kitchen calendar. A production board. A precinct log. A hospital whiteboard. They are the most important surface in the building and the least connected thing in it.

One board, many surfaces

The board is the constant. The surface is a choice — phone, panel, projector, film over a TV, floor, ceiling, facade. Nothing is exported, re-keyed, or reprinted to move between them.

Private by default

Personal boards stay personal. Contributing to a team board is a deliberate act, it is attributed, and it is reversible. The wall never quietly takes ownership of your thinking.

Works when the network doesn't

The rooms that need a shared board most — emergency operations, election night, a set on location — are the rooms with the worst connectivity. Local-first, with an honest last-sync.

Three connected product lines

  1. Software surfacesThe board itself, from a private page to a command wall.
  2. Hardware layersScreen film and sensors, projection, and the Groundlight unit for public space.
  3. AuroraThe learning line — a room that teaches, with a mentor that remembers.

The Canvas

One board that follows you. It starts on a phone and ends on a wall, a ceiling, or a building — the same board the whole way.

One Connected Canvas concept render

One Connected Canvas

Personal, team, TV, conference display, wall, ceiling. Six surfaces, one board, no export step in between.

Private to Team concept render

Private to Team

Your board is yours by default. You choose what crosses over to the team board, and it shows as contributed — not absorbed.

Interactive Screen Layer concept render

Interactive Screen Layer

A transparent film, four removable corner sensors, a wireless stylus and a plug-in hub. It turns nearly any television into a writable surface.

Project Anywhere concept render

Project Anywhere

No panel, no mount, no install. A projector and a blank wall become the largest board in the building.

Ceiling Mode concept render

Ceiling Mode

The surface nobody uses. Movies, memories and the family board, looking up from bed.

Command Wall concept render

Command Wall

Twelve collaborators on one wall — strategy, projects, decisions and next actions, with the remote half of the room present at full size.

02

Aurora — The Living Learning Room

The education line. A room that teaches: walls, desk, floor and ceiling working as one, with an AI dean who knows the learner and answers to the parent.

Living Learning Room concept render

Living Learning Room

HoloWall, HoloDesk, HoloFloor, HoloCeiling and the Learning Lens. The room itself is the lesson.

Aurora, AI Dean concept render

Science, anatomy, engineering, world, music and life across one table — three generations working the same surface at once.

The everyday version. Today's plan, reading groups and a live column of the questions students are actually asking.

My Life Whiteboard

The signing board, and the only member of this family that is already built and running. One board per occasion — people you love sign it with a photo, a voice note, a video or their own handwriting.

My Life Whiteboard concept render

Birth, school, graduation, wedding, today — one life across one timeline, open on the phone, the desk and the television at the same time.

Congratulations, Graduate

Freshman through senior year along the bottom, the diploma and the cap up top, and a wall of people telling them what comes next.

Happy Birthday concept render

A year of you. Photos, notes, a song, video messages, and everyone who signed it in their own handwriting from wherever they are.

Get Well Soon concept render

Get Well Soon

One day at a time. Notes, the dog, the view they remember, a calendar of small plans, and the whole group saying we are here with you.

Chain of custody, precinct status and open items on a wall the whole room can audit in real time.

Flush, walkable, weatherproof and serviceable from below. Load-rated glass, drainage, thermal management and adjustable aim.

07

What already exists

The family is a concept set. Chapter 03 is not.

My Life Whiteboard is built and deployed — a signing board for the milestones of a life, with memorial, birth, first birthday, graduation and wedding chapters, photo, voice, note and signature entries, owner-key locking and guest views that never expose it. It runs on a live Postgres database.
